The policy of Ayi Jaya is to completely reject all Conflict Minerals.

In support of this policy, Ayi Jaya enforce the following actions:

1. We only smelt for tin minerals from Indonesia origin.
2. We only refine and process tin minerals from Indonesia origin.
3. We comply at all times with both national and international law relating to Conflict Minerals, including UN Security Council Resolutions and the US Dodd Frank Act.
4. Ayi Jaya will NOT purchase any materials which directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the Democratic Republic of Congo or adjoining countries.
